During my recent stay at the Lodge in Blacktown, Sydney, I found it to be an unexpected gem nestled within the vibrant Blacktown International Sportspark. The spacious room, cleverly named after an Olympic year, was a delightful reminder of my passion for sports and travel. The comfort was palpable; featuring an air-conditioned environment, a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower, and even a small couch-perfect for reflecting on my day with friends after our explorations. The staff were wonderfully professional and helpful, ensuring my check-in and checkout processes were seamless. While I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere amidst sporting fields, a microwave would have further enhanced the convenience during my stay. Nevertheless, the outdoor BBQ areas and proximity to local delights like McDonald's made for enjoyable dining options. The Lodge is a fantastic choice for families and friends wanting a blend of comfort, accessibility, and a unique experience in a location rich with activity. I look forward to returning, possibly with a larger group to soak up everything this lovely spot has to offer.
